Our Responsibility
At Ijmal, we’re turning this challenge into an opportunity with our revolutionary approach to shoe design and production. Our mission is simple: to create comfortable, timeless, and high-quality footwear that’s kind to the Earth. We start by ensuring every shoe is crafted with sustainability in mind. Our local products support a sustainable economy. Through our Re.ijmal campaign, we process items sent to our recycling center, giving new life to old shoes and turning them into reusable products.
Trade-in your old shoes
- Drop any IJMAL footwear and get RM20 off, or any other brand and get RM10 off your new purchase.
- The voucher must be redeemed on the same day during the purchase.
- It is allowed to place shoes without making any purchase.
- Offer valid at normal prices with minimum purchase of RM150 in a single receipt.
Shoes cleaning services
- This service is only applicable to dress shoes. Sneakers will not be accepted.
- Service charge is RM15 per pair, limited to 1 pair per customer per week.
- Only 20 pairs are accepted per week, based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The cleaning process takes approximately 2-4 working days.
- Full payment must be made upfront to confirm your slot.
- Service is available at IJMAL outlets only.
Buy insoles, replace instantly
- Insole Custom Cut (Product) is priced at RM 15 per pair.
- Insole Replacement (Service) is charged at RM10 per pair.
- This is a walk-in service only; customers can purchase insoles from our stores or online.
- Insole replacement is an instant service, performed while you wait.
- Service is subject to availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Full payment must be made before the service is provided.
