RETURN POLICY
RETURN BY POSTAGE (Shipping charges will be borne by you)
Step 1: Email our Customer Happiness at hello@ijmal.my and provide the following details:
- Name (as per invoice)
- Email Adress
- Invoice Number / Order ID
- Reason for exchange
If you are eligible, a return and refund form will be sent to you by email. Please expect you will get the status within 3-5 business days.
Step 2: Please insert the completed Return Form into the shoe box. Boxes without a Return Form will not be processed by the third-party warehouse.
Step 3: Pack your shoe(s) with the original packaging. Return the parcel to the address provided (as in the email)
Step 4: Post the shoe(s) to us via your preferred courier services.
Step 5: Your refund will be credited within 14-30 working days once the parcel arrives.
IJMAL will not be liable for any loss or damage to your return package handled by the courier company of your choice.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1) Only valid for sizing issues & defective items. Changes in color and design are not allowed.
2) For in-store purchase, exchange can only be made by WALK-IN at IJMAL outlets. Exchange between different outlets or by postage from outlets are not allowed.
3) For online purchases, if you wish to exchange for a different size, kindly email us at hello@ijmal.my with the following information:
- Name (as per invoice)
- Email Adress
- Invoice Number / Order ID
- Reason for exchange
4) Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will issue Gift Card, and customer may use to place a new order.
5) Exchanges are only permitted within 14 days for customers who present the original receipt.
6) Item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn with the original selling condition along with the original packaging.
7) Additional price will be required if exchange shoe(s) have a higher price.
8) Any accessories, 'Item Year End Sales', 'Item On Sales', and 'As-Is Item' are invalid for exchange.
REFUND POLICY
1) IJMAL does not provide any cash refunds. All refund will be issued in form of Digital Gift Card, equivalent to the original purchase price, if you are not able to make an exchange at our outlets. You may return the shoes to us as stated at the return procedure.
2) Your refund will be processed within 14 working days once the parcel is received at the warehouse. The product will be through QC by our warehouse team and confirmed that the item(s) meet the characteristics we set.
3) Digital Gift Card is valid for 2 years and can be used for online and in-store purchases.
4) If you still have not received any refund within 14 days of working days, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Happiness at hello@ijmal.my
5) Any accessories, 'Item Year End Sales', 'Item On Sales', 'As-Is Item' and items that have been used are invalid for refund.
