How to use?

• Adhesive Pad: Peel off the backing and position the pad inside your shoe under the ball of your foot. Press down firmly to ensure it sticks well.
• Non-Adhesive Pad: Place the pad inside your shoe, directly under the ball of your foot. Ensure it's positioned correctly before putting your foot in the shoe.
